| GBA Video turns your GBA or GBA SP into a portable video player. A GBA Video pak is a cartridge that holds full-color, full-motion video and plays on a Game Boy Advance or Game Boy Advance SP. GBA Video paks look just like GBA game cartridges. The first GBA Video paks will play up to 45 minutes of animated video that fills the GBA screen.
If I own a GBA or GBA SP, do I need any additional hardware to play a GBA Video pak? No additional hardware is required. All you have to do is push that Video pak into your GBA and the show will be ready to play. If you want to watch your video without any outside noise getting in the way, we suggest using headphones to enhance your video-watching fun. Two headphones designed specifically for the GBA SP (no adapter required) are a great fit when you really want to crank the volume. Majesco offers a neckband-style set and Nintendo Power offers a pair that you can receive as a premium when you subscribe to the magazine. Visit www.nintendopower.com/subscribe for details.
